The Manatee Performing Arts Center is thrilled to announce a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for songwriters of all levels to work alongside Multiple Grammy Award-winning producer and music industry legend Robert Cutarella in an exclusive 2-day Songwriter’s Camp. The camp will take place on [insert dates], offering participants an immersive, collaborative experience in the art of songwriting.
Robert Cutarella’s storied career spans decades and reads like a who’s-who of the music industry. With over 160 platinum albums and 3,000 songs recorded as a publisher and writer, Robert has collaborated and worked with such legends as Sting, Eric Clapton, Celine Dion, Cindy Lauper, Elton John, Slash, Anderson_Paak, Ben Platt and many more. As a record company executive he was responsible for either signing or working with Mega Force records (Metallica, Anthrax), Stevie Ray Vaughan and the Fabulous Thunderbirds. His last song camp produced a number one record by Ben Platt and has appeared on the television show SONG LAND.
At the Songwriter’s Camp, participants will be placed in small, dynamic groups guided by Cutarella himself. Over the course of two days, they will create original works through a hands-on, collaborative process. Each day, participants will leave with a fully crafted song co-authored by themselves, their group members, and Mr. Cutarella, creating an unparalleled opportunity to learn, create, and connect.
“This camp is not just about writing songs; it’s about discovering your voice, refining your craft, and working in a collaborative setting to produce something truly special,” said Cutarella. “I’m excited to meet the talented individuals who will join us and to share the magic of creating music together.”
Spaces are limited, so early registration is highly recommended.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from one of the music industry’s most celebrated producers and take your songwriting skills to the next level.
