NORTH MIAMI ANNOUNCES 1ST ANNUAL CARIBE ARTS FEST
The NorthMiami Community Redevelopment Agency has announced the inaugural Caribe Arts Fest! This one-of-a-kind celebration will honor the arts of the Caribbean and Latin America and will showcase a broad range of artistic creations across various mediums.
This festival represents the rich culture and creativity of the diverse community that has deep historical roots in North Miami. Both local and international artists like Boukman Eksperyans, Gio Betta, Nadia Harris, and more will be presenting their art.
North Miami's recently renovated public space, Griffing Park, will act as the main stage for major headliner performances, including scheduled live entertainment from renowned artists like Boukman Eksperyans from Haiti, Gio Beta from Colombia, and the beloved School of Rock North Miami. In addition to musical performances, attendees will enjoy over forty visual artists showcasing their talents spanning from classic to contemporary, an array of local artisan vendors, delicious food offerings provided by over a dozen local food trucks, and an exciting kid-zone where children and parents can create their own artistic crafts.
The Caribe Arts Fest will take place on Saturday, November 20th at North Miami’s Griffing Park (1220 NW Griffing Blvd Miami, FL 33161). The festival is FREE and open to all ages. Attendees are encouraged to register online for raffle prizes and giveaways.
