Sleeping Beauty begins in King Felix’s great hall with the celebration of Princess Aurora’s birth. The party goes awry when the wicked witch arrives and curses Princess Aurora. Will the curse come true? Will someone with a “true heart” appear? You will know when you see Tanglewood Marionettes’ presentation of this best-loved tale.


Frisch Marionettes Presents: The Jungle Book

Frisch Marionettes present their original musical adaptation of the classic children’s novel featuring their expertly hand-carved puppets and custom costumes. The classic tale by Hans Christian Andersen takes a Southern-fried twist in this warm and witty adaptation. Twenty mattresses, one butterbean, and 58 laughs later, the new princess is welcomed into the family. Puppets designed and fabricated by Ray Moore. If we can remember not to judge a book by its cover, we can live happily ever after.

All performances take place at the Roswell Cultural Arts Center located at 950 Forrest Street, Roswell, GA 30075. FREE event parking is available in the lot beside the arts center and across the footbridge in Lower Lot F at City Hall.
