Located in The Burgess Hotel, Fia Restaurant is a warm and welcoming neighborhood restaurant inspired by the rustic cooking of the Western Mediterranean. Fia specializes in prime meats, seafood, and vegetables, that are infused with regional flavors and cooked on a wood-fired grill. House made pastas and shareable sides of the season’s freshest local produce round out the menu created by Owner/Chef Burges Jokhi and Chef Daniel Porubiansky, in collaboration with Apicii Hospitality Group. The hotel’s majestic craft cocktail bar, Mr. B., pays homage to fine spirits and iconic drinks. The bar is also a tribute to Keki Bunshah, Freny Jokhi’s father, who led the first Indian Expedition to Mt. Everest. Toast Keki’s accomplishments and take inspiration from the beautiful photographs that he took which are displayed throughout the bar and library.
